This is the history of baron Manfred von Richthofen, a German fighter pilot known as the 'Red Baron'. He was the most successful flying ace of World War I, as famous as his red Fokker triplane. It tells a fictive tale of how his enemies in the trenches thought and imagined about him, the red devil of the sky.
