Korneel Detailleur (°1986) is a Belgian illustrator. For nearly 15 years his illustrations have had the pleasure to appear in some amazing books, newspapers and magazines. They also like to find themselves on album covers, posters, exhibitions, packaging — and everything else you can think of.

Growing up near the seaside, he was surrounded by franco-belge comics, meadows, water, paper and pencils. He likes to makes strong conceptual illustrations, with vibrant emotions and rich colours. Links to our natural surroundings and a poetic approach are often present in his analogue work.
After some wandering and living in Ghent and Antwerp, he is now based in Ostend (Belgium).
